If your account administrator has granted you permission, entries can be remotely unlocked. This feature is often used to allow after-hours staff or contractors to access site, without a local contact needing to meet them on site.
To perform this, press the "View All" text at the bottom of the screen. This will display a list of entries you, as a user, have access to. Simply press the padlock symbol to send the unlock request.
Note: if the phone has not detected you are close-by, you will be asked to acknowledge the risk of opening a door remotely.
