If you've been granted permission by your site administrator, temporary guest passes can be issued to unlock specific doors. When issued, a webpage is sent to the selected person. This page can be used to unlock the specified doors within the allowed timeframe, and does not require the user to install and application.
This functionality is great for temporary visitors who need to act with autonomy on site. For example, a tradesperson may need to work after hours and pass through multiple secured entries many times through the work period. A guest pass removes the need for an on-site, or remote via the remote-unlock feature, escort.
To issue a guest pass, you can browse to the 'Guest pass' tab in the application, or you can find 'Share a guest pass' under the action items of each entry:
Below is and example of the interface, where emergency access is being provided to a plumber. Access can be limited to only the areas required to be unlocked.
